International law consultant's office

As an International law consultant the client needed a peaceful working space so as to carry out research work  to  his  best.  He also needed arrangements for Audio &  Video facilities,  in his research centre cum office so  that  he  could conduct seminars. Proximity
to the airport enabled him to entertain his NRI clients who were in transit.Hisrequirements were of a private cabin  for  himself  & space  for two other researchers.
On the ceiling at the enterance of the  office,a painting of Michaelangelo's  master-
piece recreated by the artist  Mr. D'mello.  In  keeping  with  the  requirements  of the client ,  a  large cabin  was provided  where he could  hold  meetings with his clients, which  also  had  a  separate discussion area, the  discussion  table  is an 'Irani' table with a marble top, paired off with period style chairs. The  storage  for  his books is a combination of open and shuttered shelves,  using  bevelled  glass & richly polished  wood.  One  wall  has  been completely  dressed  in  mirror,  one panel of which slides open  to  reveal  a  small  revolving bar. This  mirror  also  reflects the cabin  making it virtually appear  double  the size. Large sliding windows with  teak  frames have been provided , even  inside  the  office  teak  wood  has been used to dress the beams and columns. The floor has been finished in a typically English blue green carpet.
